The theme nights are one of the pleasures of Machol Miami.  This is an opportunity to dress up following a theme, and be part of a happening that starts with an afternoon tea, escalates in the dining hall, and comes to conclusion in the dance hall about 5 or 6 hours later.  Many people dress up for dinner, but quite a few also come dressed in costume to the dance hall.  Of course, you are always welcome to come as you are.
