Even though the focus of Machol Miami is on dancing, socializing and having fun, food is very important to us. After dancing for hours, we deserve to have a treat.  All the food in Machol Miami is catered and glatt Kosher, made by Chef Asher, who was the former food manager in a luxury hotel in Israel.  Chef Asher has been providing us with delicacies for the past nine years.  

The food service in the Sheraton is up to international standards of luxury hotels.  From the elegant surrounding of the newly renovated dining hall and lobby, to highly trained, formally dressed personnel. Many of our waiters and waitresses have been employed on cruise ships, and are familiar with the highest standards of service.
